Return & Exchange Policy

At Ted Tailer, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:


1. Return/Exchange Window 

  • You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • After 5 days, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return (if eligible):

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer within 3 days of approval.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
