1. Return/Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

After 5 days, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return (if eligible):

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer within 3 days of approval.
4. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
